Art Therapy Club
This club was all about using art to unwind and express oneself. The session started with a guided meditation, followed by a free-form painting session where students could paint whatever came to mind. The goal wasn't to create a masterpiece but to enjoy the process. At the end, there was a “gallery walk” where everyone could appreciate each other's work in a judgment-free zone.
Art Therapy Club organized a creative and environmentally friendly activity - making a fallen leaf Christmas tree. They collected the leaves that fall in nature during the Mid-Autumn and winter and transformed them into unique ornaments. Serving a way for us to interact with nature, we endowed every fallen leaf with new life and meaning.
